   I don’t know whether this will make any sense or not, but I have been thinking about how to get work done on a design project that I want to do. Instead of trying to establish a specific target for progress at each session and a schedule for sessions, I have decided to focus on establishing the mind set needed to perform the design implementation, and when that is done, design for however long the motivation to do it is there.

   So, maybe instead of focusing on some x number of K words, you could focus on establishing the mind set needed to do the writing, and then when you are ready, just sit down and write however many K words is in your head at the time, or until some distraction pulls you out of it, which ever comes first.

     That’s exactly where I’m at right now. Trying to get the brain to understand the fundamental.

     I look at word count because it’s a way to measure progress a bit more objectively – even when I know, intellectually, that it’s a bit of a farce.
