I’m curious why you organized your writing as an S-Corp rather than an LLC. Right now mine is just a sole proprietorship with its own bank account, but since I have a cowriting project in the pipeline I’ve thought about reorganizing. So, I’m trying to decide between LLC and S-Corp and would appreciate your input.
