I listened to this on Monday morning and when you said the time, I looked at my clock and it was 7:36. That was amusing. It seemed to me that you had times of spurts of digression and then you reeled it back in and maintained a rather serene sort of observation and relating. It was kind of like hearing someone meditating, though I’m was thankful that it was not mostly “in” and “out” for 20 minutes. 🙂 My thought after listening was that I think your mind is being trained and the background is changing to a more peaceful state. It would be interesting to hear your take on how this may happen during the day. Do you find yourself sort of being aware of running thoughts and then deciding to draw back to another focus?
