We have been using grapeseed oil lately in our cooking. Supposedly a little better to use than olive oil. Haven’t made up my mind in that regard, but it’s a nice oil to cook with.
Have you tried using Bread Flour for your bread attempts? It works better for me in my bread machine than all purpose or all whole wheat flour. I make a half whole wheat, half bread flour loaf that is our family’s favorite. I’d be happy to share the recipe with you if you’d like to try it.
Change in the website had one interesting side-effect, if it wasn’t intentional. It made downloading the daily file via wget 403 Forbidden.

We didn’t do anything with that directory.
I figured it was a default security change in the web server, perhaps.

I’ve started using grapeseed oil for cooking and for salads. It seems to tolerate more heat and I love the taste in the salad.
My sister is recommending grapeseed oil too.
